PROCEDURE SharedTtoS(t: TEXT): Ctypes.char_star;
Returns a C string equal to the given text, and sharing the same
storage if possible. To keep the garbage collector from moving the
string, a reference to it must be kept on the stack while it is
being used. The string must be freed with FreeSharedS.

Free a C string which was produced by SharedTtoS, if necessary.

Create a text from a sequence of bytes.
